WUT Faculty of Transport offers the best engineering studies in Poland
On 17 May 2017, the results of the first Ranking of Engineering Studies Perspektywy 2017 were published. Our Faculty took the first place among institutions that offer degree programmes in the field of study Transport.
The ranking evaluated 21 most popular disciplines of technical study, leading to the bachelor’s and master’s degrees. Warsaw University of Technology took the first place in as many as 13 disciplines. In addition, degree programmes offered at our University were on the second position seven times and on the third place in three categories.

To evaluate the programmes, 13 indices were used, grouped in six criteria: prestige, graduates on the labour market, academic potential, academic effectiveness, teaching and learning, and innovation. The regulations of the ranking, such as criteria and their weights, were developed by the Ranking Board working under the guidance of professor Michał Kleiber. The board included both experts from the field of higher education, and representatives of various branches of the industry.
