Summer Mobility School 2026 - Join an International Online Programme on Sustainable Urban Mobility Planning

The Summer Mobility School is open to students and doctoral candidates from all academic backgrounds. No prior experience in transport planning is required. Participants will gain practical and theoretical knowledge in one of the fastest-growing fields of transport and urban planning.

During the programme, participants will explore topics such as Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans, the SUMP cycle and European Commission guidelines, urban street design, public transport integration, Sustainable Urban Logistics Planning, traffic simulation methods, mobility research, stakeholder engagement, walking and cycling, parking policy, road safety, climate adaptation and mobility governance.

The course will be delivered by experts from the Faculty of Transport at Warsaw University of Technology. The programme combines academic knowledge with practical examples and workshop-based learning, allowing participants to understand how modern cities plan safer, more accessible and more sustainable transport systems.

Participants who actively engage in the workshops and successfully complete the final presentation will receive a certificate of completion.

Participation in the Summer Mobility School is free of charge, thanks to funding from the NAWA Spinaker Programme, financed from the European Funds for Social Development 2021–2027. Registration is open until 3rd July 2026.
