The Faculty of Transport of the Warsaw University of Technology realizes full-time second-cycle (Master's) studies in the field of Transport titled:


Transport systems engineering and management


The studies last for three semesters and end with obtaining a master's degree in engineering. Program of studies is intended for graduates of first-cycle (stationary and part-time) studies in the field of Transport or other technical fields of study providing the degree of engineer.

The Study Regulations are the basis of study at WUT and must be respected.

Registration rules applicable at the Faculty of Transport, WUT in the academic year 2018/2019 are as follows [Annex No. 2 to Resolution No. 47 / IX / 2017 of the Faculty Council, March 23, 2017]

Fees and additional payments are regulated by Rector’s ordinances and law regulations to be followed on website.

The fees and additional payments should be paid within the time limit set in the regulations of studies to the bank accounts:

  • the application fee: 69 1240 6003 1111 0010 5413 2862
  • payment for studies before matriculation 81 1240 1053 1111 0000 0500 5664
  • after matriculation students get individual bank accounts by the USOS web.

All Faculty offices and classrooms are in the same building (“Nowa Kreślarnia” Building) on WUT campus. All lectures and laboratories are carried out in the “Nowa Kreślarnia” Building.

Vice-Dean for Education is responsible for the education process at the Faculty of Transport (consideration of applications, registration for the subsequent semesters).

Timetables and calendars

The timetable of classes is set for each semester and announced on the Faculty's website 7 days before the beginning of the semester (in accordance with the Study Regulations). It is sent to the student's email address.

Information on the hours of consultations of lecturers will be sent to students within one week of starting the semester to their addresses and will be announced on the website.



In the matter of accommodation Faculty of Transport cooperates with student organizations, that help in finding dormitories or private accommodation. The EU applicants can find more information here.

The non-EU applicants should report tothe International Students Office (ISO), which is responsible for admission of candidates to Warsaw University of Technology. For more details, visit ISO webpage.

The canteen offers meals 7 days a week, from 8.00 to 17.00 on weekdays and from 8.00 to 15.00 on Saturdays and Sundays. For more details visit (only in Polish) or


Medical care

Candidates must have valid medical examinations. Medical examinations can be done in Poland in the period preceding studies. The Faculty of Transport directs students to medical examinations at no charge. Information on this subject will be provided to students.
